gearup.gr reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store and, whenever it deems it necessary, it undertakes to inform consumers of any change in the pages of this online store.

Company is committed to accuracy, truth and completeness of the information listed in the online shop, regarding the identity of the company and the services provided through the online store transactions. The company is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries made in error / mistake by the common experience and shall be entitled to rectification of any time aware of their existence.

Limitation of Liability

The company’s online operation is not responsible for compensation liability and is not required for any possible damage or injury resulting from the cancellation of orders, the execution or the execution delay, for any reason. Send products and methods of payment

If the customer chooses the products concerned to buy and complete the necessary information for their mission, the company will start the preparation and delivery process of these products. Specialist firm, partner of gearup.gr, undertakes the shipping of products, in order to deliver them to customers as soon as possible. The delivery time is up to 4-5 working days. For any unexpected delay (eg. Physical phenomena, strikes, etc.), the company assumes no liability whatsoever. Additionally, gearup.gr offer basic payment options to its customers, either by bank transfer or by credit card or cash. The payment process always precedes the start of each mission order.

Return Policy

Aiming to highlight the benefits of using the Internet in our daily purchases, we present to you below the terms and conditions return defective products or not.

Returns due to delivery error

In all cases that they delivered other than sold, by type or quantity or missing property which has previously concluded in writing by the company, the customer returns the products to be tested and finding the error. In this case, the cost of returning of product to the company and the costs re-forward to customer are covered by the company, if the proposed by the company way back is accurately kept.

Returns of defective products

In the case of manufacturing defect, if it is satisfied by the authorized repairer who provides warranty or if directly warranty from the company itself is provided, the following shall apply:

  • The guarantee provided for a limited period of time shown on the detailed product characteristics. After this period repair or replacement of the product, a charge warranty is possible following a new agreement with the client.
  • The return of the replacement product will be made together with all the documents of the product (e.g. Ap. Retail etc) with all packaging achievements. If a defect is found later after the delivery and the package does not exist or also if the packaging of the product received by distributors in delivering, the packaging of the product is not required.
  • The return of products will be carried out either by personnel and vehicles of the company or by a courier, or to any of the shops of the company under the brand “gearup.gr”. Where return via courier, customer covers all delivery-costs back to the company and the company shall bear the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product.
  • After returning of products by customer, they are tested by specialists in order to determine the defect and then we contact back with them to inform about the results and determine if the defect is possible to repair or a replacement of the product will take place, otherwise we cancel the transaction. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the return of money is made with the same way they had done the original customer payment to us. Specifically, if charging is by credit card, the company will be obliged to inform the issuing bank for cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed subsequently at each operation envisaged under the contract drawn up with the client without a company’s responsibility now. The company, after this notification, is not liable for when and how to perform reversal. In case of payment by cash if the customer had chosen the option “receipt from the store,” the money will return to him by cash. If paying is by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer from the accounts of the company to the customer  will be made.
  • If goods are returned damaged or incomplete, the online shop has the right to demand compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the goods and make unilaterally and unconditionally whose total or partial settlement of his claim this to the client.

Return of non-defective products – Right of unjustified withdrawal from the customer

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service contract (in the case of such a treaty), or by delivery (in the case of products) and even when many products in same order of delivery and last but when there is an obligation of delivery of goods at regular intervals from the delivery of the first. The withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • The withdrawal is unjustified and without charge if the item has been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the situation that has received it, with all the forms that accompany it and its packaging in perfect condition. The return type is accepted only if the first buyer has paid any amount that the company incurred in sending its kind to him and shipping costs for returning the item.
  • The withdrawal declaration filed in writing or electronically, and the company is required to send a confirmation of receipt of withdrawal statement as soon as it is received therein.
  • Following the withdrawal declaration, the company is obliged to pay the price that very it has been received within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • No refund delivery shipping fees if the customer opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the company.
  • The return of the money to the customer, will be in the same medium to which had been the original collection.
  • The customer is liable to compensate the company if he made a use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods up to the declaration of withdrawal. The discovery of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods should be based on the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, and additional information provided by the company, however, without opening the packaging of the products and enter in good operation. In case of opening the packaging or putting into service of products the value automatically decreases as the product is classified as second-hand and the customer has to compensate the company for the reduction of product value. The reduction of the value of the unpacking and consequences of the classification of the product as used is examined individually and is determined by the company and is usually around 20% -30% .The company is entitled to agree with the client the compensation of even with net basis.
  • If goods are returned damaged or incomplete, the online shop has the right to demand compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the goods and make unilaterally and unconditionally whose total or partial settlement of his claim this to the client.

Safe Products – Warranty conditions

The sold by the company products are durable products bearing all necessary certification for safe operation. The guarantee form always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the guarantee of the exact content, the duration, the local extent of the power and the rights provided by applicable law. The appliance guarantee lasts according to the manufacturer from the date of purchase and allows the free remedy the problem, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • To have the guarantee of the delegation and the appliance purchase receipt.
  • Do not fixed components of the device are altered.
  • Do not exclude damage based on the form of the manufacturer’s warranty.
