Full of sand and equipped with two nylon handles, the Power Bag have an exceptional design, that makes them suitable for all sorts of exercises. Because of the way they are constructed, the load constantly shifts towards and away from their center of mass during exercise. As a result, the trainee’s core acts as the stabilizer during movements and is activated in a unique fashion. Unfortunately, this sort of core activation cannot be replicated with dumbbells and barbells, as they are more stable free-weight modalities by nature.
